GPY + Associates Engineering Inc. provides full service mechanical consulting design services for commercial, residential and institutional buildings and facilities. The firm was incorporated in 2004, and has extensive experience in all building types, new and renovation, energy studies, energy modelling, commissioning and contract administration.
Our areas of expertise include design of HVAC systems, plumbing and drainage systems, sprinkler and fire protection systems, and building automation control systems (BAS). Our firm is experienced in all types of building types, including new state of the art facilities, to tenant fit-up projects.
SUSTAINABLE/ LEED DESIGN:
We are LEED accredited and are knowledgeable in sustainable building design. GPY+ Associates Engineering Inc. are the design engineers for the Chapelview Apartments in Brampton, a 15 storey residential complex for Region of Peel/ City of Brampton, which achieved LEED Platinum status (the first multi-residential LEED certified building in Canada).

• Contract Administration services, construction review with progress/ deficiency reports, and assistance with Commissioning activities.
• Green building design for LEED certification.
